Welcome to the new City of Brantford Utilities customer website. You can now access your water, wastewater and Brantford Hydro rental equipment account information online.
The new website allows you to:
- compare usage histories
- view your bill online
- view payment and billing history
- find links to helpful information
Register Login Register today – it’s easy! All you need is your customer and account number. You will find those on the top right hand corner of your City of Brantford Utilities paper bill.
If you are not able to register your account, contact the City of Brantford Customer Services representatives at 519-756-1360.
If you are already registered to view your water, wastewater and Brantford Hydro rental equipment account through mybrantford.ca, you will have to re-register on this new site. We apologize for the inconvenience.
