All information submitted will be used by City of Brantford staff to evaluate and enhance the services provided on the Website.

The City of Brantford Utilities customer website (myUtility.Brantford.ca) is a commercial 3rd party application implemented to provide water, wastewater and Brantford Hydro rental account information online. We are continuing to work with the Vendor of the system to remove all web accessibility barriers that may occur within the website.
