Please note that Paymentus charges a service fee for paying bills using this service. The City of Brantford DOES NOT receive any part of this processing fee. Any payments made using this online service can take up to 2 business days to process and be updated here on our web site.

  • Residential: $5.95 fee for every $275 increment paid (or any part thereof)
  • Commercial: $15.95 fee for every $600 increment paid (or any part thereof)

Please use the links provided below to login to your bank's online access and setup your Utillity account for online payments.

You will need your Payment Number in order complete your Online Banking bill payment.  Your Payment Number is located at the bottom of your bill, underneath the Total Amount Due.  The Payment Number is the 16 number combination of your Customer Number and Account Number (When logged in to this site, these numbers are listed in your customer info box above the navigation bar on the top right of this page)
